Automated Color-to-Color and Cut-off Register Control

 

As a further level of upgrading your press, we can offer solutions for automated color-to-color and cut-off register control. The systems can be either independent of or integrated in the press control system.

The color-to-color register control system provides alignment control with high precision in a minimum of time. A high speed camera is used to continuously scan the pre-determined pattern on the product. The small register marks can be positioned where it is most suitable considering page layout and prepress concerns.

The automatic cut-off register control system supervises and adjusts the cut-off position to the print location. Both systems can easily be retrofitted to any press with a motorized register control at a moderate cost.
